Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your headband's safe journey back to us.

  Securely place the unworn headbands in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
